Collected automatically when you use the platform:

• Pages visited
• Time spent on pages
• General diagnostic information

Third‑Party Integration Data

If you choose to connect external services, we may store:

• LinkedIn profile link
• Outputs generated by AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) used within the platform

We do not send your personal data directly to large language models (LLMs).

Data Processors & Analytics

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant). We never store your card details.
• Google Cloud Platform — application hosting and database storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (password reset, receipts).
• PostHog — product analytics and anonymized session replay, hosted in the EU. Sensitive inputs (resume text, chat content) are masked.
• Plausible — privacy-friendly web analytics. No cookies, no personal data collected.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized heatmaps and session replay to help us improve usability.
• Sentry — error tracking. Personal data is scrubbed before being sent.
• Google Gemini & Anthropic Claude — AI providers used for analysis and coaching.
• LangSmith — observability for AI calls (optional, server-side only).

We honor the Do Not Track browser signal — analytics and session replay are disabled automatically when your browser indicates DNT.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Gap2Skill platform
• Generate personalized insights across Steps 1–6
• Create your skill gap analysis, recommendations, career narrative, and action plan
• Maintain your account and historical data

Gap2Skill does not share your personal data with employers, schools, Med2Lab, educational partners, or analytics/marketing companies.

We only share your information if you explicitly choose to submit it, such as when applying for a job or sharing your profile with a mentor.
